Why must release start at the cross?
1. It represents the all sufficient sacrifice by which God has provided for every need, and there is no other basis for His provision
2. Through the cross, we can receive and release the supernatural grace because without the cross, we wouldn't have the grace to fulfill the promises of the new testament
3. The cross is based on God's release of the supernatural confirmation of His word, which is part of the new covenant/testament message through the mighty signs and wonders
